Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

You can cancel through the booking link included in your text or email confirmation.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service price, charged to the card on file.

Arriving 10 minutes or more past your scheduled time may result in the appointment being cancelled, as there may not be enough time to complete your service.

If a late arrival cannot be accommodated, a 50% service fee will apply.

Payment may be processed via Venmo, Zelle, or the card on file.

No-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.

To rebook after a no-show, payment in full will be required at the time of scheduling to confirm your new appointment.
